I'll be in Florida the first week of July. I'll be playing a live performance on July 3rd at Colorama Music in Hudson. I'll be opening the show solo, and will be joining my old friend Louie Palma and a very talented guitarist by the name of Ronnie Ray for a few songs. Louie and I played in the band Dream back in the late 70's and have kept in contact through the years. So come on out and listen, sing along or dance. I know you'll have a good time. Bob has a new book about Put-In-Bay and this time it includes my buddy Mike 'Mad dog" Adams. I devoured his last book, Rainbow's End, so I know I'll enjoy this one. After, what seemed like the longest, coldest, warmest, most crazy winter I've seen in along time. Spring is just starting to show itself and change is in the air. I've been playing a little with my friend James, superb keyboard player and kickin' on the ukulele, but James has a family and a very busy work schedule, so James made the choice to spend more time with his family. Good choice James but I'll really miss ya. Come back anytime. On to the rest of the story, here's the good news. Well my long time friend and bass player Danny had left the band he was in and is playing with me again and Danny's wife Cinda was in the old band so she is going to play keyboards for me now. Well folks the timing was right and we are going to be seeing you as the Breezeway Band. Dan, Cinda and myself were in a band called Yesterday's Gone. I'm trying to play more Cincinnati venues for you southern Ohio Parrotheads. Keep watching the Schedule. Well I had a little trouble with my pick-up at last night's gig. So I went out and bought a new Breedlove guitar. I first heard this guitar when Katie Wefer of Tuepalo Honey bought one at my suggestion, prodding, pushing and a little, "if it were me", till she finally gave in and bought it. Next thing I know Tim Goshorn ie;Goshorn Bros. and P. P. L., is playing one, and my friend Danny Nader is playing their acoustic bass. Well you don't have to hit me in the head with a mic stand. I bought one today at Guitar Center, my favorite place for gear. Go talk with Glen, Nick or Richard at the Cincinnati Mills location (formerly forest fair mall) tell them KOZ sent ya.And of course you can check out both Breedlove Guitar and Guitar Center on line from my links page. If you need screenprinting or embroidery of any kind, This is the place. They can print anything on anything. This is where I had my bass drum printed.
